This page also relates specifically to candidates’ details who may take our assessments, where we keep information about them on our assessment database.

If one of our customers adds information that relates to you in one of our assessments, as this information is encrypted, we will not be able to view or access the information.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Keeping your information
While we do keep your information, our customers also keep information on you via the encrypted databases for our assessment. If we have information on you that Brain Candy uses, we will hold this information for six years. After this time, we will delete all information we have about you. If you request information we hold on you to be deleted, then do, please email us. If one of our customers holds information on you, then we will keep this information for them for six years as well, unless you request they remove your information from the assessment they have used.
