Keep things simple

This doesn’t mean dumb down approaches to learning and development.  It means don’t over complicated how to deliver learning to increase talent. Complexity can be simplified.  Look at Apple’s products. Less is sometimes more when it comes to identifying the right areas to develop knowledge. We need to be able to draw our employees into using the learning available.  By pulling them into what they identify themselves they need to learn, motivates and incentivises them to learn more. When you are pushed to do something, even rewarded for it, we are less inclined to learn and remember what we need to understand.
