While working with a lot of blue chips companies, we saw they kept struggling to find the sweet spot to increase sales, customer satisfaction and customer retention. So we put out heads together and came up with a marvellous initiative called the Knowledge Builder.

The cost of a cable strike can be high, and at times fatal. According to LSBUD (Linesearch BeforeUdig), in 2018 there were 2,585,862 searches. LSBUD suggest with these number of searches, 50% of utility assets in the UK are still exposed to the risk of strikes.
